EICR Pricing for Educational, Medical and Office settings is complex and dependent on factors such as number of consumer units, circuits and if an out of hours service is required, therefore we offer a free pretest inspection and quote for this service click here to request (all other EICR prices are available below)
Each inspection includes a detailed visual assessment and a series of electrical tests on your fixed wiring systems. Our qualified electrician will identify any safety issues or non-compliance with current regulations. Once complete, you’ll receive a comprehensive EICR report, clearly outlining any observations and recommended actions, along with formal certification of the inspection—ensuring your property meets all relevant legal requirements, including those for Private Rented Sector (PRS) landlords.
